INGREDIENTS

250 gms yam, oil to fry, salt to taste, black pepper powder to taste.

PREPARATION TIME

15    minutes
 

HOW TO PREPARE
 
Peal and make round slices of yam. Take 1cup water, add spoon salt into it. Soak yam slices into it for 5 minutes. Then take a pan and heat some oil. Deep fry yam slices and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Serve it with coriander chutney
