Vegetable Pasta


1 cup coloured pasta
Salt to taste
5 tsp oil
1 onion(sliced)
2 green chilies(sliced)
1/2 carrot(finely sliced)
1 green capsicum(finely sliced)
1 red capsicum(finely sliced)
1 cup cabbage(finely sliced)
A pinch of tasting salt
1 packet chings noodles masala
2 tsp soya sauce
Juice if 1/4 th lemon


First boil the pasta with little salt and 1 tsp oil, when the pasta is cooked drain them and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan and add onion and green chilies, saute them for a minute.Now add all the vegetables and salt then mix well. Fry the vegetables until half cooked.Now add tasting salt, noodles masala, soya sauce and mix well.Finally add lemon juice and serve hot.
