LADY FINGER, BEANS, SUVARNA GADE. 2TSP-CHANNA DAL, 3TSP- UDADH DAL,5-6 REDCHILLIES, ½ SP OF BLACK PEPPER, DRY COCUNUT ½ SCRAPED,1/4 sp of whole Dhaniya.
HOW TO PREPARE
For masala ingredients just a drop of oil in a pan-fry all the ingredients separately. Keep it to cool and make a paste adding water. now cook all the vegetables keep it aside. Prepare the Tamarind juice separately keep it aside. Now in a pan or vessel put some 2-3 tbsp of oil when hot add mustard, when splutters and curry leaves, Hing add vegetables cooked saute well. Now add all the masala items to vegetables and saute well till the raw smell goes now add Haldhi, Tamrind juice, salt mix thoroughly and sufficient water and get it to boil , keep boiling for 5-7 min keep adding water if want more thin gravy. or boil for 1-11/2 cup of water nicely boil and serve hot for rice, chapatti, Roti Serve hot.
