INGREDIENTS

4-cloves,1inch-cinnamon,2-elachi,1-annansflower,3-martimoggu,1cup-channadal,1/2cup-udadal,1tsp-corianderseeds,25-redchilles,1drop of oil

HOW TO PREPARE

In a pan add a drop of oil and fry all the dry masala given in the ingrediants,take out in a plate now add channadal and fry to a golden red and take out in a plate to cool, add udadal fry red take out in a plate, add coriander(whole)fry and take out in a plate and at last add redchilles dry fry to golden red.take out in a plate cool out all the ingrediants and coarsely powder it and store in a jar. it will be best use upto 6-8months.
