Tomato rice | Vangibath powder | Garlic rice

Ingredients: - Tomato's,mustard,2tsp-vangibath powder,haldhi,salt,lime juice,1cup-rice cooked,oil.

Preparation time : - 15 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: -Take a pan put 2tbsp-oil,when hot add mustard when splutts add chopped tomato's saute well till it is soft and becomes like a paste now add haldhi,2tsp-vangibathpowder,salt,lime juice saute well till it is mixed properly on low flame once this is done now add 1-cup of cooked rice and mix throughtly and saute for 4-5min till rice is hot switch of the flame and serve hot.




Ingredients : - 4-cloves,1inch-cinnamon,2-elachi,1-annansflower,3-martimoggu,1cup-channadal,1/2cup-udadal,1tsp-corianderseeds,25-redchilles,1drop of oil

Preparation time : - 20 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - In a pan add a drop of oil and fry all the dry masala given in the ingrediants,take out in a plate now add channadal and fry to a golden red and take out in a plate to cool, add udadal fry red take out in a plate, add coriander(whole)fry and take out in a plate and at last add redchilles dry fry to golden red.take out in a plate cool out all the ingrediants and coarsely powder it and store in a jar.
it will be best use upto 6-8months.




Ingredients :1cup-cookedrice,1-2tsp-blackpepperpowder,1tsp-jeera,1-tsp-mustard,15flakes-garlic,salt,4-5redchilles.

HOW TO PREPARE : - Take a pan add 1tsp of oil,when hot add mustard and jeera when splutters,and chopped garlic fry to golden colour,and immediantly add pieces of redchilles saute keep on low flames now add black pepper powder and salt saute for 2sec now add cooked rice and saute well till it mix thoroughly fry for 2mins and Garlic Rice is done sever hot.
