Rawa/ suji Sweet Malpoa | Cauliflower Rice Recipe | Palak Mashroom

Ingredients: -3 cups rawa 1 cups natural yoghurt 1 cup milk 1 cup sunflower oil 100 gm sugar 1 cup water few cashew(if prefers) few cardamon or fennel seed(if prefer).

Preparation time : -varies    

HOW TO PREPARE: -1. soak rawa(not roasted) with natural yoghurt overnight.
2. Prepare a thick batter with soaked rawa with milk and water(if needed)
3. Pour suger in the butter - pls. pour as sweet as you want.
4. add crushed cardamom or fennel seeds and crushed cashew
5. Mix well
6. Heat oil in a deep pan
7. pour small amount of batter with a big spoon
8. fry till red.




Ingredients : -1/2,jeera - 1 spoon,cloves - 2,salt,coriander - 1/2 bunch,green chillies - 2,tomato ketchup - 2 spoons,basmathi rice - 1 1/4 cup.

Preparation time : - 10 minutes    

Fry cloves,jeera ,green chillies in oil. Add cauliflower and fry till it turns brown. Add salt and tomato ketchup.add coriander leaves. Cook basmathi rice separately and mix the rice with the cauliflower




Ingredients :- 1/1/2 cup mashroom, 3 cups Spinach, one onion, 2 cloves ginger, 1/2 Peas, 2 tbl spon curd, salt, red chilli, turmeric.

Preparation time : -20 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : -Boil spinach and 1 onion . n make a paste of it. in pan take 1 tbl spoon oil, and put fresh chopped garlic cloves, and then add mashroom & peas, once the water is evaporated, add spinach & onion paste. cook the mixture till all the water is evaporated. then in last add curd, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. cook it on low flame with lid covered on it for 2-3 min.. Nutritious spinach mashroom is ready...
