NAWABI CHICKEN PATTIES | Vegitable bhat | Malai curry

Ingredients: - CHICKEN 1/4 KG,MINT 1 BUCH,GREEN CHILLIES 6 STRANDS,MAVA 3 50gms,1 EGG FULL,GARAM MASALA,CORIANDER LEAVES 2 BUNCHES,SALT TO TATE,OIL FOR DEEP FRYING.

Preparation time : - 20 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: -Blend all the above Ingredients in a mixer along with the full egg expect coriander leaves,now ddcoriander leaves to this mixture & mix it well ,give the desired shape to the mixture,heat oils in apan & deep fry it serve it with tomate sauce or mint chutney.




Ingredients : - capsicum,potato,peas,tomato,mustard,oil,channadal,udadal,vangibhatpowder,salt, ime,haldhi,curryleaves,1cup cooked rice.

Preparation time : - 25-30 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - chopp all the vegitables keep it aside. now in a khadai add 2tsp of oil heat add mustard-1sp,channadal-1sp,udadal-1sp when splutters and curryleaves fry 1sec now add all the vegitables chopped keep sauting till it is soft, now add haldhi,vangibhath powder,salt,lime juice-1-1/2,saute it on low flames switch of the flames and add cooked rice and mix it in light hand mix throughly,garnish with coriander leaves. sever hot




Ingredients :1 table spoon oil,1 medium size onion,1 pinch of jeera,2 green chilli,1tablespoon ginger garlic paste,2 table spoon tomato sause,2 table spoon cream,2 tea spoon coriander ,1tea spoon garam masala,salt to taste,and for garnish coriander leaves

Preparation time : -5-10 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - Heat the oil,and put jeera and onion,chilli(grind), coriander and garam masala and saute untill they turn golden brown.Add sauce and saute,if it is thick then add some water then saute it up to 5min then lastely we add malai n nicely saute(but not much time because cream would leave ghee)and garnish it with coriander leaves.(If u want to add pea, u can add but boiled pea when sause method is applied and then add cream)
