<title>Mutton Chop Fry</title>

<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Clean Mutton Chops and keep then in a bowl.Grind together
all things like coriander,mint,Garlic,Ginger,Green Chillies to make fine paste.Now
cut 1 small Onion finely.In a pressure cooker add Oil and once oil is hot put Chopped
Onion and Kadipatta,add Turmeric Powder and red chilli Powder.After a miniute add Mutton
Chops into it.Stir it for 5 minutes and add the Mixture in it with Salt.Now again cook
for 5 min.In case water required put very very little water for vessel purpose
only.Give only 1 vessel to this and open pressure cooker after 5 min.If there is water
inside then keep it on high flame and make it dry.Remove all these chops from Pressure
cooker to the plate and let it become little cool.Meanwhile mix 3 eggs finely,Now put
oil in the frying pan. Take a mutton chop from the plate and deep it in egg paste and
shallow fry in the pan.Keep as many chops as per frying pan.Make it brown and serve
Hot.It tastes ultimate.
