Fried soya nuggets-chinese style | Veg momo | Chicken stew

Ingredients: - Soya nuggets,spring onions, carrots,cabbage,tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilli sauce, olive oil,salt to taste.

Preparation time : - 5 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: -Boil soya in salted water for 2 minutes. Finely chop spring onions,cabbage,carrots and capsicum.Add olive oil in a frying pan.Add the finely chopped vegies. Cook for 2 minutes.Sprinkle saltto taste. Add the soya nuggets.Then add soya sauce,chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.




Ingredients : - Cabbage 1 cup, onion 1, chilly powder as your taste, maida 1 cup, veg oil 1 teaspoon.

Preparation time : - 20 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - Take 1 cup of maida and add veg oil with little salt and pour water into the batterand prepare like puri dough. Take a pan and put little oil and add onion,cabbage little salt add chilli powder fry for some time and take out from the pan. Take a maida dough and make it into small puris and stough the veg. masala and fold in all the sides. Finished all the momos and stream for 10 minutes. You can have tomato sauce for the side dish.




Ingredients : - SMALL ONIONS - 6 NOS, 8 PIECES OF GARLIC, POTATO - 2 NOS, CARROT - 2 NOS, BEANS - 50 GM, CHICKEN - 200 GMS, CABBAGE - 100 GM, SALT TO TASTE, BLACK PEPPER - 10 NOS, BUTTER - 1 TBSP

Preparation time : - 10 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - WASH AND CLEAN THE CHICKEN. KEEP IT IN A PRESSURE COOKER. PEEL OF THE ONIONS AND THE GARLIC. CUT ALL THE VEGETABLES IN CUBES. PUT ALL OF THEM INTO THE PRESSURE COOKER. ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER. POUR WATER AS PER THE PERSONS. [IF THERE IS 4 PEOPLE, THEN GIVE 5 BOWL OF WATER. THE WATER SHOULD BE MEASURED IN THE SOUP BOWL THAT YOU WILL SERVE] CLOSE THE LID OF THE COOKER AND PUT IT TO BOIL. JUST ONE WHISTEL WILL DO. CLOSE OF THE GAS. KEEP 3 MINS STANDING TIME. OPEN THE LID OF THE COOKER. BRING THE STEW TO BOIL. NOW ADD THE BUTTER AND STIR FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS. NOW SERVE HOT WITH GARLIC BREAD.
