<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - WASH AND CLEAN THE
CHICKEN. 

KEEP IT IN A PRESSURE COOKER. 

PEEL OF THE ONIONS AND THE GARLIC.

CUT ALL THE VEGETABLES IN CUBES. 



PUT ALL OF THEM INTO THE PRESSURE COOKER. ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER. POUR WATER AS PER
THE PERSONS. 

[IF THERE IS 4 PEOPLE, THEN GIVE 5 BOWL OF WATER. THE WATER SHOULD BE MEASURED IN
THE SOUP BOWL THAT YOU WILL SERVE]



CLOSE THE LID OF THE COOKER AND PUT IT TO BOIL. 



JUST ONE WHISTEL WILL DO. 

CLOSE OF THE GAS. 



KEEP 3 MINS STANDING TIME. 

OPEN THE LID OF THE COOKER. BRING THE STEW TO BOIL. 

NOW ADD THE BUTTER AND STIR FOR ANOTHER 2 MINS. 



NOW SERVE HOT WITH GARLIC BREAD.</description>
