Ingredients: - cashew 1 cup,almond 1/2 cup, Milk 150 ml,sugar 5
tbsp, ghee ,cardamom 2 to 3

Preparation time : - 20 minutes
HOW TO PREPARE: -Soak the cashews
and almonds in lukewarm water for 45 mins. Using a food processor grind the cashews
and almonds. Add little sugar while grinding .Take a frying pan and heat ghee . Fry
the cashew almond paste in ghee or atleast 10 mins. Stir the paste to prevent it
from turning brown.
crush the cardamom seeds and keep the skin separately. Add the cardamom powder to
the paste and stir well. Add milk gradually to the paste. Stir well till it becomes
thick .Add cardamom skin to the paste and stir well.cook in low flame . Remove the
pan once it becomes thick.allow it to cool for 10 mins and serve . Silver foil can
also be used by placing the sheet on the dessert. After 45 mins cut them into small
pieces and serve.
Ingredients : - 1/2 Kg Mutton Chops, 1 Cup Coriander,1 Cup
Mint,15-20 Garlic Flakes,1+1/2 inch Ginger,5-6 Green Chillies, 1/2 Teaspoon red
chilli powder,Salt,Oil,3 eggs,1 onion,kadipatta.
Preparation time : - 30 minutes
Clean Mutton Chops & keep then in a bowl.Grind together
all things like coriander,mint,Garlic,Ginger,Green Chillies to make fine paste.Now
cut 1 small Onion finely.In a pressure cooker add Oil & once oil is hot put Chopped
Onion & Kadipatta,add Turmeric Powder & red chilli Powder.After a miniute add Mutton
Chops into it.Stir it for 5 minutes & add the Mixture in it with Salt.Now again cook
for 5 min.In case water required put very very little water for vessel purpose
only.Give only 1 vessel to this & open pressure cooker after 5 min.If there is water
inside then keep it on high flame & make it dry.Remove all these chops from Pressure
cooker to the plate & let it become little cool.Meanwhile mix 3 eggs finely,Now put
oil in the frying pan. Take a mutton chop from the plate & deep it in egg paste &
shallow fry in the pan.Keep as many chops as per frying pan.Make it brown & serve
Hot.It tastes ultimate.
Ingredients :- chicken breasts, peanuts, redchillies, ginger, garlic, tamarind juice, salt, black
pepper,red chilli powder, green and red capsicum, oinions.
Preparation time : -30 minutes
HOW TO PREPARE : -Wash chicken breasts(1 pound approx. and cut into small
peices 1-1/2 inch)and marinate in little salt, turmeric and 2 tsp of ginger garlic
paste. Keep aside for 2 hrs.
In a skillet take 1 Table spoon of oil, add handfull of peanuts, after peanuts are
roasted add 1/2 cup sliced onions,6-7 whole red chillies, 1/2 cup sliced red
capsicum and 1/2 cup sliced green capsicum.
Leave all veggies a bit crispy....it should not be fully cooked.Add 2 tsp of
tamarind juice and 1 tsp salt. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
Now add 2 tsp oil in one non-stick skillet and transfer chicken,which was kept for
marination.Cook on low flame for 15-20 mins. After it is fully cooked mix all
veggies and chicken together.
Serve hot.
