<title>Beans Sabjzi</title>

<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Heat oil of 2-3sp heat it add 1/2sp of
mustard,jeera,curryleaves,hing for seasoning,now add chopped beans saute it well it
it is soft.

For masala

in a jar add 1/2-coconut scraped,5pods of garlic,redchillies and grind to fine paste
once the beans is soft add masala saute well add salt and saute it raw smell
disappears and oil comes out no water it is a dry sabzi. serve hot with rice and
roti, chappati.</description>
