Ingredients: - Beans
chopped,mustard-1sp,jeera-1sp,cocunut-1/2,redchilies-4,garlic-5pods,salt.
Preparation time : - 15 minutes
HOW TO PREPARE: - Heat oil of 2-3sp heat it add 1/2sp of
mustard,jeera,curryleaves,hing for seasoning,now add chopped beans saute it well it
it is soft.
For masala
in a jar add 1/2-coconut scraped,5pods of garlic,redchillies and grind to fine paste
once the beans is soft add masala saute well add salt and saute it raw smell
disappears and oil comes out no water it is a dry sabzi. serve hot with rice and
roti, chappati.

2TSP-CHANNA DAL, 3TSP- UDADH DAL,5-6 REDCHILLIES, ½ SP OF BLACK PEPPER, DRY COCUNUT
½ SCRAPED,1/4 sp of whole Dhaniya.

HOW TO PREPARE : - VEGETABLE KUTOO
INGREDIANTS: VEGETABLES: LADY FINGER, BEANS, SUVARNA GADE.
FOR MASALA: 2TSP-CHANNA DAL, 3TSP- UDADH DAL , 5-6
REDCHILLIES, ½ SP OF BLACK PEPPER, DRY COCUNUT ½ SCRAPED,1/4 sp of whole Dhaniya.
For masala ingredients just a drop of oil in a pan-fry all the ingredients
separately. Keep it to cool and make a paste adding water.
now cook all the vegetables keep it aside.
Prepare the Tamarind juice separately keep it aside.
Now in a pan or vessel put some 2-3 tbsp of oil when hot add mustard, when splutters
and curry leaves, Hing add vegetables cooked saute well. Now add all the masala
items to vegetables and saute well till the raw smell goes now add Haldhi, Tamrind
juice, salt mix thoroughly and sufficient water and get it to boil , keep boiling
for 5-7 min keep adding water if want more thin gravy. or boil for 1-11/2 cup of
water nicely boil and serve hot for rice, chapatti, Roti
Serve hot.
