<title>Baingan kotsu</title>

<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Wash brinjals, tomatoes and chillies. Cut them into big pieces and pressure cook it
with salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles. In a seperate
frying pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urid dhall, hing powder, curry leaves and cut
small onions and fry till nice aroma comes.

          When the pressure is released, mash the brinjal mixture with a blender or
with a masher. Pour the fried things into the brinjal mixture and allow it
to cook for 5 mins. Add some coriander leaves and serve hot with idli,
dosa or pongal.</description>
