Baingan kotsu | Alu chat | Rosomallai

Ingredients: - 1/4 kilo brinjals, 200 gms tomato, 3 green chillies, 150 gms baby onions(shallots), curry leaves, hing powder, 1 tblespoon oil, mustard seeds, urid dhall for frying.

Preparation time : - 15 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: - Wash brinjals, tomatoes and chillies. Cut them into big pieces and pressure cook it with salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles. In a seperate frying pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urid dhall, hing powder, curry leaves and cut small onions and fry till nice aroma comes.

When the pressure is released, mash the brinjal mixture with a blender or with a masher. Pour the fried things into the brinjal mixture and allow it to cook for 5 mins. Add some coriander leaves and serve hot with idli, dosa or pongal.




Ingredients : - 5 potatoes 2 tomatoe 2 onion finely chopped coriender 1 green chillie 1 lemon milk salt to taste peper puri.

Preparation time : - 15 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - First mash potatoes then put salt and add add little milk and mix well finely cut tomatoes and onion put some chat masala and pepper and lemon juice then add coriander.




Ingredients : - 6 pcs Rossogolla,1 cup sugar,dry fruit(cashew,kismis),4 pcs small Elachi,1 Lt milk,6pcs cherry.

Preparation time : - 10 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - Milk boiled 5 min ,mixed elachi,cashew,kismis,& sugar.After 10 mins mixed Rossogolla 8 min cooking. Rosomalai pour the bowl,& keep the referagrator 1/2 hour,garneshing cherry then serve.
