1cup grated sweet potato,1 or 2 green chillies finely chopped,8 to 9 cashew nuts,1 teaspoon cumin seeds,2 tablespoons clarified butter,4 tablespoons freshly grated coconut, 1 teaspoon sugar,Salt as per taste.

HOW TO PREPARE
Heat clarified butter in a pan. Then to it add cumin seeds and let it splutter for a while. To this then add the green chillies and cashew nuts. Stir fry for a while. After this add the grated sweet potato and sauté for a while. Now add to it 3 tablespoons of grated coconut, sugar and some salt as per taste. Stir fry this till the sweet potato are cooked. Serve hot by garnishing it with remaining grated coconut
