One big white fresh cauliflower, red chilli powder, besan, salt, oil for frying
HOW TO PREPARE
Cut the cauliflower in flowerettes, about one inch long. Wash them thoroughly. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Keep it aside for ten minutes. Add dry besan till it sticks to the flowerettes. Heat oil. Deep fry till golden red. Serve hot with tomato sauce . Everyone loves them
