250 gms Shingada flour, 150 gms ghee, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 glass water .
HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the water in a vessel. Heat a pan and add ghee and Shingada flour. Roast the flour till it becomes golden brown. Add hot water slowly as required by stirring it well. Now add sugar and stir till the ghee gets separated. Garnish with almonds, cashew nuts and serve it hot
