2 cup Shingada flour, 1 cup roasted grinded groundnuts, 2 cup butter milk, salt to taste, 1 tspn chopped green chillies, 1 tspn chopped ginger, jeera, 1 pinch baking soda, oil to grease.
In a container, add Shingada flour and groundnut powder and butter milk mix well. After 2-3 hours add salt, chillies, ginger, jeera and baking soda and stir well. Take flat vessel (plate) and grease it with oil. Add the above better and steam boil. Let it cool and make pieces. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves
