Ginger Chicken Fry | Pepper Liver Fry | Onion Chutney

Ingredients: - Chicken-1/2 Kg,oil,Garlic-1,Ginger-2PI,Tomato,Onoin,(Chilli,Daaniya,Turmeric)Powder,Coconut,Pattai,Clove,Salt

Preparation time : - 15-20 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: -CLEAN THE CHICKEN.IN A PAN DROP A FEW TEASPOON OF OIL.PUT SOME ONION,GINGER,GARGLIC PASTE,ADD CHICKEN FRY FOR FEW MIN .THEN ADD TOMATO ADD THE COCONUT PASTE& SOME WATER.IT IS READY
FOR COCONUT PASTE:
ADD SOME PATTAI,CLOVE&CHILLI DHANYA POWDER TO THE COCONUT THEN GRIND




Ingredients : - liver,pepper and garlic paste,oil,salt,onion

Preparation time :- 10-15 Minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - first take 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and let it heat for few seconds then add onion and fry till golden brown and then add liver and fry till it becomes soft and then add pepper garlic paste till the liver boils and add salt and leave it for few min and serve hot with lemon.



Ingredients : - 3-Onion, 6-7Redchillies,Tamrind-1-11/2sp,1-2sp of Jaggery,salt,oil,hing,mustard,curryleaves.

Preparation time : - 15 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - Grind onion,redchillies,jaggery,soaked tamrind,salt without water grind it roughly in a pan add oil,mustard,hing, curry leaves when splutters add all the grinded chutney and keep sauting till all the water is evaporated and it is thick chutney and oil is come out .Serve fresh and can store for 10 days in fridge.cool it and store in airtightjar. Goes well with dosa,rice roti,chappathi.
note.
[keep strring the chutney till water is gone]
