INGREDIENTS

500 gms green (kacha) banana, 1/3 cup ghee, half cup sugar, half cup mawa, half cup sugar, tspn cardamom powder, one pinch yellow fruit color and for garnishing slivers of almonds and pista..

HOW TO PREPARE
 
Take a pan and add water and boil the banana and mesh it. Heat the ghee and add the mashed banana, sugar, cardamom powder and fruit color which is mixed in 2 tblspns hot milk. Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Now add the mawa mix well and switch off the flame. Garnish with almonds and pista sliver and serve.
