Ingredients for stuffing:- 1 cup boiled and partially crushed corn, 1 tspn green chilli and ginger paste, salt to taste, lemon juice, tspn sugar Ingredients for outer layer:- 1 cup crushed udad dal, cup sprouted soaked and boiled soya bean, salt to taste, 3 cup yogurt and oil to fry For garnish:- Salt, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, honey, 1/3 tspn coriander leaves .
Take a bowl add boiled corns. Add chilli and ginger paste, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and mix well. Make small balls of that mixture. Take another bowl and add crushed udad dal and soya bean and add salt and make a better. Apply some water on palms take the above batter in palms, put stuffing (balls) and again cover it with the batter. Now fry the balls till they become golden brown. Soak the balls in water. Take a plate and put 2 pieces of wada. Spread yogurt on wadas and sprinkle red chilli powder, dhanajeera powder, honey and coriander leaves
