1 cup khoya, 10-15 dates, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup saffron, 1 tsp kewada essence and 1 cup water..
HOW TO PREPARE
Soak the dates one whole night. In the morning remove seeds from it and cut them from the middle. Take one pan add water and cup sugar and dates in it. Take another pan and heat khoya in it. When khoya changes its color add remained sugar in it and kewada essence. Add this mixture in the dates. Garnish the dates with pistachios and almonds.
