2 cups flour of bajra, 2 cups green chilies and coriander leaves,cup chopped radish, 1small piece of ginger, salt and ghee to taste..
Add green chilies, coriander leaves, radish, ginger and salt in flour of bajra and mix all the ingredients with water. Make chapattis of the mixture and apply ghee at both the sides. Eat the theplas with the mango pickle.
