Gobi Masala

INGREDIENTS

1 No. (Small) Cauliflower ( Gobi) Cut Into Medium Sized Florets
1 No Onion Cut Into Thin Slices
1 Small Bunch Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Seeds
1/2 Tsp Mustard
2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
3 To 4 Tsp Oil
Salt As Per Taste

HOW TO PREPARE

Take some oil in a pan and saute.Once the oil is hot , add the mustard seeds.Once the mustard seeds starts spluttering add the cumin seeds followed by the sliced onions.Saute the onions for about 5 mins till light brown in color.Now add the salt , tumeric , red chilly , cumin and coriander powder and saute for 10 secs.Add the cauliflowers florets and little water , about half cup.Cover the pan and cook the cauliflower for about 5 minutes till the cauliflower is cooked. Now open the cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes.Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves and serve.
