HOW TO PREPARE
Cook the bajra for 15-20 min in Luke-warm water. Then crush the bajra properly. Boil the water in a vessel add the crushed bajra in it. When the bajra became soft completely add sugar in it and switch off the gas. Add ghee and sesame seed’s for garnishing and Ghee Khhichadi is ready to serve.
