Soya nuggets,spring onions, carrots,cabbage,tomato sauce,soya sauce,chilli sauce, olive oil,salt to taste.
HOW TO PREPARE
Boil soya in salted water for 2 minutes. Finely chop spring onions,cabbage,carrots and capsicum.Add olive oil in a frying pan.Add the finely chopped vegies. Cook for 2 minutes.Sprinkle saltto taste. Add the soya nuggets.Then add soya sauce,chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.Garnish with finely chopped spring onions
