Farali idli


1 kg moraiya, 250 gm sabudana flour, 1 tspn soda, salt to taste Ingredients for sambhar:- 250 gms potato, 250 gms suran, 250 gms carrot, 500 gms tomato, 1-2 green chilli, 1 tspn coriander, few curry leaves,2 tspn grated coconut,tspn mustard seeds, tspn jeera Ingredients for sambhar masala:- 25 gms jeera, 25 gms dhana, 4-5 red chillies, 3-4 cloves and taj .

Method for Idli:- To prepare idli, soak both moraiya and sabudana in water for 2 hours. Add yogurt into it and ferment it for 2 hours. After 2 hours, add soda and hot oil and stir well. Steam boil this mixture in idli stand. Method for Sambhar Masala:- Roast all the ingredients of sambhar masala in oil and grind it. Method for Sambhar:- Boil suran, potato and carrot and crush them. Add tomato gravy into it. Add water as per consistency. Boil and add green chillies and salt. Now take oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and let it crackle. Now add it in sambhar. Add sambhar masala and lemon juice. Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves and idli.
