Coconut kachori

INGREDIENTS

5oo gms potato, 1 coconut, 2 tblspn rajgira flour, 2 tblspn sabudana flour, 6-7 green chillies,cup coriander, 1 lemon juice, 3-4 taj,cloves, pepper, 1 tspn sugar, salt as per taste .

HOW TO PREPARE
 
Grate coconut and add coriander, green chillies, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, taj, cloves powder and mix well. Boil potatoes and add salt and rajagara flour into it. Make flat round shaped stuff the coconut mixture and cover the ball to make kachori. Cover the kachoris with sabudana flour and deep fry in oil. Serve with chutney
