Chilli Mushroom

INGREDIENTS

Button Mushroom,cleaned and sliced 1 cup
Onion,diced 1/2
Bell pepper(green and red),diced 1/2 cup
Green chilli,sliced 2
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger,finely chopped 1 tsp
Garlic,finely chopped 1 tsp
Chilli-garlic sauce or chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt

HOW TO PREPARE

Heat oil in a pan. Add the sliced mushroom and salt. Saute and cook it at medium heat.In another pan heat oil, add onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger. When the onion is transparent add the bell peppers and saute for a few minutes.Now add the pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.Finally add the cooked mushroom. Mix well, saute for 2-3 minutes.You can add cornflour (1 tsp) in warm water, boil and simmer a few minutes for gravy.Garnish with coriander leaves. Switch off. Serve hot with fried rice/chapati.
