Slices of Bread
2 cups of mixed vegetables (boiled corn, onion, capsicum tomatoes)
½ cup grated cheese
½ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp ground Pepper
HOW TO PREPARE
Mix all veggies, salt & pepper & cheese well.Spoon in some of the mixture on each slice of bread.Grill it in the oven @ 200 C / 400 F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted & bread is crisp.If you don’t have an oven, toast it on the griddle on the bottom side only. Keep it on low for 8-10 minutes.Continue with all the bread slices & enjoy with ketchup.
