<description>HOW TO PREPARE : - Cut the Tomato and potato in small pieces. Turn all the
matharis in small pieces. Then in a pan place some ghee, rai, and kari patta and
then add potato pieces in it. Then lid them with a plate until they are cooked and
then add tomato. cook it properly. Now add mathari pieces, salt, lemon, red chilli
powder, little water (some 1 or 2 spoon). Mix it properly and after cooked them
properly serve it garnishing with green coriander (And some namkeen like Bikaneri
bhujia according to taste).</description>
