Low calorie vegetable chutney

HOW TO PREPARE : - Cut all the
vegetables, green chillies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and coriander leaves into
small pieces except capsicum. Cut capsicum separately and stir fry till it turns
soft in order to remove its raw smell and keep it aside. Now stir fry channa dal in
a little oil and keep it aside. Grind all the ingredients in a mixie adding little
water till it forms a smooth paste. Grind it without salt. After grinding it into a
paste, take a little oil and when it gets warm, add the mustard seeds, urad dal and
jeera seeds, when it splutters, remove it and add it to the chutney and squeeze the
juice of a lemon. The chutney is ready. It tastes well with dosa, vada, upma and
idly.
