Mathari Poha | Chick Pea Sabji | Fried Rice

Ingredients: - 2 Tomato, 1 potato, 8 Mathari, Kari patta, Lemon, Salt, Red Chilli Powder according to taste, green coriander

Preparation time : - 5 Minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE: -Cut the Tomato and potato in small pieces. Turn all the matharis in small pieces. Then in a pan place some ghee, rai, and kari patta and then add potato pieces in it. Then lid them with a plate until they are cooked and then add tomato. cook it properly. Now add mathari pieces, salt, lemon, red chilli powder, little water (some 1 or 2 spoon). Mix it properly and after cooked them properly serve it garnishing with green coriander (And some namkeen like Bikaneri bhujia according to taste).




Ingredients : - Chickpea200gm,Onions(2),Tomato(2),Mustard seeds(1/2tbsp),Jeera(1/2tbsp),Salt(per taste),Cooking oil(per required),Chilli powder(as per tasteor 1 1/2tbsp),Garam masala1/2 tbsp,Coriander for garnishing

Preparation time :- 15-20 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - Boil the chickpeas. Make sure that you don\'t boil fully coz it gets mashed. Take a pan add the cooking oil.add mustard seeds,jeera.let it crackle. Add the chopped onions saute it and then add tomatoes fry it untill oil comes out in sides of the pan. add salt.And all the other ingredients and mix it well. add the boiled chick pea. and cook for some time. If required add the masala as per your taste. At the end add garam masal and coriander leaves. and serve with parathey.





Preparation time : - 30 minutes    

HOW TO PREPARE : - 4 cups cooked rice grinded prawn paste belachan paste ikan bilies paste grind with chillies .lit pot add in cooked rice and grinded ingredins and mix well add salt add in two beaten eggs after that put in some light and dark soya sauce and add in mixed vege and mix well
